Our school firmly believes that the educational process must be rooted in the country's tradition and culture. In today's scenario where the youth are subject to conflicting and indeed dangerous influence from all over the world, it is necessary to inculcate good values in them in order to help them to succeed. It is the school’s intention to develop their personalities so as to enable them to embark on the journey to adulthood, with confidence.

An atmosphere of truthfulness, trust and care inspires students to be upright, righteous and sensitive, while a combination of precept and example helps them acquire values that will help them  in life. Students imbibe qualities of conduct and behaviour in an atmosphere that has been specially designed for this interactive learning process. We believe in nurturing responsible, intelligent and committed citizens who can make a meaningful contribution towards making India a proud country.

Our school which was started in the year 1980 has been growing steadily. The school offers English medium education and is recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Today the school enjoys the reputation of being one of the premier institutions of its kind in the District.

During these twenty six years we have been trying successfully to impart value based education by applying modern critical approaches with effective expressions of the Indian spirit in consonance with the present competitive scenario. The school has a strength of 1360 pupils with 79 staff members.

This school is indeed fortunate to have a team of leaders on its Board who have never hesitated to provide support for all that is in the best interests of the school. We have an Advisory Sub Committee of Senior Educationalists to over see the growth and development of the school.

Ms. Kumudhini Periaswamy is the Principal of this institution since 1989. She has affixed the stamp of uniqueness on “Bhavan” by her utmost dedication, earnest endeavour and valuable guidance.

The results have been excellent both in the Matriculation and in Higher Secondary Levels all these years. The students, teachers and the Principal are honoured by the Academic Council of Principals of Matriculation Schools, Coimbatore and Nilgiris for their outstanding performance.
